NIS's ARM Analysis allows you to analyse any Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, or Ginnie Mae
adjustable rate security. Simply enter the pool or cusip number and NIS will retrieve
all of the bond information from our internal MBS database. Information includes
coupon, maturity, wac, wam, factor, prepayment speeds, credit score, loan-to-value,
deliquencies, index name, caps, floors, etc.
In addition to viewing the security information the bond can be analysed using NIS's financial libraries. Analysis can be viewed on the screen or exported in one of several output formats for input into your own internal system.
